The Story
Omega Vertex Group was founded by a team of operators, engineers, and investors who had spent years working across Latin America's most dynamic technology ecosystems.
We saw a consistent pattern: exceptional founders with transformative ideas, but without the institutional support — engineering depth, capital discipline, and strategic infrastructure — to reach their full potential.
We built Omega Vertex Group to close that gap. By combining a venture studio model with a full-stack technology practice, we give our portfolio companies the resources of a large organization from the earliest stages of company building.
